Graduated from McMaster University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiotherapy. Over 25 years of experience, 10 of which were an outpatient pediatric neurological rehabilitation facility (the Children's Developmental Rehabilitation Program), and more than 15 years in private practice. In private practice clients included orthopaedics, chronic conditions, pediatrics, general neurology and Lymphedema.

Dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of care for clients through continuing education. Previous training and courses includes manual orthopaedic therapy (spinal mobilization; neck, shoulder and low back stabilization), NDT training, neural mobilization, treatment of vertigo and certification in Combined Decongestive Therapy(CDT). CDT consists of manual lymphatic drainage, education, exercise and compression therapy.
